Fire Awareness Course
As an employer that has staff working for you there are certain health and safety issues that need to be addressed to make sure that your workforce are safe within their working environment. This isn`t for your own benefit it`s for the benefit of your staff and by law you need to train your staff in areas like fire awareness. If a fire were to break out whilst at work would your staff have any idea about what to do? They would if you had enrolled them on a Fire Awareness Course as they could acquire a broad knowledge about how fires start and what to do if one breaks out at work. On the Fire Awareness Course your staff members will be taught about how fires can develop inside buildings and how harmful the effects of the smoke and flames are to personnel. Your staff will be taught about how they should respond to a fire and what evacuation procedures need to be taken when they attend the Fire Awareness Course. The building they work in should have certain fire safety features fitted and workers will learn all about these. As well as all this they can even be taught how to use fire extinguishers on smaller types of fires.

Tommy Hilfiger Glasses
Tommy Hilfiger was born in Elmira in New York. He is the second of 8 children, his family was Irish-American family.Tommys parents originally wanted him to become an engineer. Yet rather than furthering his education, he started to work in retail at the tender age of 18. Hilfiger would go to New York City to buy jeans, which he customized and resold at a local downtown Elmira store which was the start really of his career. He eventually opened his own store, called `The People`s Place`, around the block in downtown Elmira. Although the store was a hot spot for teens with frequent contests annd live DJ appearances, there were often more people hanging out than actually shopping! All this is a far cry from the Tommy Hilfiger Glasses we see in our high street shops today. Hilfiger is just as skilled at designing glasses as he is jeans and buying Tommy Hilfiger Glasses means you are always bang on the fashion trend and not only that because they are well made you know they are going to stand the test of time.

Smsts
There are a number of Site Management Safety Training Schemes in operation around the country and they help managers or supervisors to ensure that health and safety is being adhered to whilst workers are on site. Delegates can attend the courses in block periods or they can take part in courses on a day release basis. On a typical Smsts the delegate will be taught about The Health and Safety at Work Act and all the relevant regulations which relate to workers who are on site. Specific topics that are covered on the course might include making risk assessments and providing method statements. The set up of the site will be a crucial part of the Smsts as will items like erecting scaffolding. Sections about electricity on site will be covered as will details on excavations and demolition. Normally the training is conducted on a classroom basis with presentations and videos about the relevant subject matter. Block bookings can be arranged for companies that have a number of site supervisors, or the courses can be attended by a sole representative from their company. At the end of the Smsts the delegates will be presented with a certificate to prove that they have attended all of the classes and have learnt a wealth of invaluable information.
